You can do this more easily if you brush twice a day for 2 minutes at a time and floss once daily for 2 minutes as well. When drinking colas or coffee, use a straw so the liquid goes to the back of the mouth and does not touch the front bonded teeth. Always drink water after consuming staining foods or drinks. Quitting smoking will also help keep your bonding and inlays from getting stained.
