Heather Smith - Office Manager

Heather is a friendly, passionate person that is always ready to help. Heather started her career in dental in 2001 as a dental assistant and has transitioned to the front office. Heather is mom to two very active boys Cooper (Bob as some of the staff like to call him) and Parker as well as her fur babies Chloe, a German Sheppard and Bella a Chihuahua Terrier mix. She loves to travel and play outdoors whether it is camping, riding quads, or hiking. Heather spends time during the indoor months with her family, baking, coloring (she really has the Crayola 150 color telescoping carousel) and watching football in Crimson and Grey as she is a Cougar by marriage.

Angela Salisbury-RDH

Angela has been in dentistry since 2000. The patients are the best part of her job and she truly loves getting to know each one of them. Angela is happily married to Chato with a son Etham and daughter Lochlyn. She has a tea cup Chihuahua named Pita, a German Shepard/lab mix named Penny, and an albino corn snake named Hector. Her family enjoys traveling, camping, skiing/snowboarding, just being outside in the sunshine. In her spare time, she loves to bake, volunteer at Etham & Lochlyn’s schools and spend time with her family and friends.

Bonnie Ridler-RDA

Bonnie is a friendly and caring person. Bonnie started her career in dental in 2003 as a dental assistant. Bonnie is mom to two boys and two girls. She is Mimi to four grandchildren with another on the way November 2018. Bonnie has two fur babies at home, Maggie Sue, a Boxer and Lola an English Bulldog. She loves to traveling and glamping. She has a passion for muscle cars and you may see her at local car shows with her Green Go Scat Pack Challenger.

Cozette Polzin-EFDA

Cozette has been a dental assistant since 2001. She has been a licensed EFDA since 2010. Cozette started teaching the EFDA program at SPSCC in 2013. Cozette has 2 kids that keep her very busy. Her family loves camping and spending time outdoors. She has 2 dogs Bella, a Cocker Spaniel and Bailey, a Pit Mix, that also love camping too.

Toni Lewis-Treatment Coordinator

Toni has been a dental assistant since 2001. She has an easy-going attitude and a bright smile that will put anyone at ease. Family and fun are very important to her. You’ll find her spending all of her time away from the office with daughter Amelia. She is an avid indoor tent / blanket fort builder and she spends sunny days outdoors swimming, camping, or hiking.
